TEAM BRIGHTON
Having both completed the London Marathon in 2009, Amy and Kate are practically veterans of long distance running. Both nearly went under 4 hours last year and they will be going all out to crack that mystical sub 4 hour target this time.

MARATHON SUMMARY
Brighton Marathon is the newest 26-miler of the Sweat Team selection; indeed the 2010 race is the inaugural one!! We are led to believe that the route is generally fast and reasonably flat but anyone who has been to Brighton will probably believe this as much as we do… i.e. not at all!! So apart from the hills (in the first part of the race), this should be a really nice marathon to run with the fabulous stretches of coastal road and panoramic views of the South Downs meeting the English Channel. There will be around 12,000 people taking part in the Brighton marathon so the atmosphere should be great!
